. The Captain's Cellar Pub is situated on Pigeon Island National Landmark. . Pigeon Island is just a short walk along the causeway from Sandals Grande. You can drive along the causeway to the main gates and park outside or take a ferry from Rodney Bay during the daytime. . We are open at night. Entry to the Captain's Cellar Pub is free after 5pm, as the park is closed. . We are on the Atlantic side of the Island, although you can see the Caribbean Sea from the Pub. . The building was the original Captain's Cellar. It was used to store provisions for the Officers and Men, as all year round there is a cooling breeze inside the Captain's Cellar Pub. . It is thought that the Captain's Cellar Pub has a Ghost or two. Why not come along to find out for yourself? . We are open for Sandwiches, Snacks and Lunch six days a week, Dinner six nights a week. WE ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS. . We now have a small cable television in the bar, which we will show major sporting events and news. . |
